The United Arab Emirates has over the years drawn people from all corners of the globe to its borders for work. The expatriate workforce consists of both individuals & families and is a melting pot of cultures from the East to the West. This, while being good for growing the economy of the country, has also brought with it a host of other maladies like loneliness, brokenness, yearning for spiritual fulfilment and a need for comfort and peace, among many other issues, for the people working here. The leaders saw this need, particularly among the Russian community, and in love and fellowship reached out to bridge this gap and lead the people to God’s healing grace and salvation. Thus the Russian Church was founded in 2001.
The Russian Church is the only full gospel church that ministers to the Russian community in Dubai and is like a home away from home. The Word of God is taught clearly and based on the Word, the messages are preached. We have seen God’s abundant grace being poured over the congregation bringing miracles, healing and the transformation of lives.
